Chandra was a great supporter of the International Journal of Transitional Justice through her insightful articles in the journal, but even more so in her selfless contribution as a regular reviewer where she regularly made extensive inputs to help nurture emerging scholars and practitioners. She was a great networker who introduced people from the north and south, linking practitioners and scholars across the globe. Thank you for a life lived to the full, a sharp wit and a generous human being.
